"World Sports" reported that the Gambel Cup was confirmed to be held at the Cruyff Stadium, and Barcelona's return to the Camp Nou was postponed to September.

Barcelona was originally scheduled to play the Gambel Cup against Como at Camp Nou on Sunday, August 10, but the match is confirmed to be held at the Cruyff Stadium. The team's official return to Camp Nou will be postponed to the first round of La Liga home against Valencia (tentatively scheduled to be Saturday, September 13 or Sunday, September 14, the fourth round of the league).

The Barcelona Municipal Government originally planned to issue a final open license to the club in the near future, namely the key "first use license", which allows at least 30,000 people to enter the game to watch. However, according to World Sports News, the permit was ultimately not approved. Although Barcelona admits that the possibility of Camp Nou hosting the game is slim, it has not yet issued an official confirmation.

A few weeks ago, the city government just approved the Camp Nou's "Events and Engineering Primary Permit", which once brought the restart plan back to its dawn. However, with the second-level permit being blocked, the club turned pessimistic, and even proposed to the municipal government that only the stands and south stands would be opened, and the north stands and side stands with lagging project progress would not be opened.

Cruyff Stadium can accommodate only 6,000 spectators. Since the Olympic Stadium will hold a BLACKPINK concert on August 9, and the concert schedule will be full before September 12, it cannot be used as an alternative venue. The club is currently formulating a ticket sales plan.
