, According to the Catalan radio program "Què T’hi Jugues", Barcelona faces the issue of home match licensing, and Gambel's Cup may be moved to the Cruyff Stadium. The

club has not submitted the necessary documents to the municipality of Barcelona to obtain the permit required to host the event at the Camp Nou Stadium. This makes it uncertain whether the Gambel Cup will be held as scheduled on August 10.

The program pointed out that some sources within the club were pessimistic about reaching an agreement with the city government, believing that time was tight. Last week, Barcelona received the first event and engineering permit approved by the city, but that wasn't enough to keep the stadium open. The club also needs a second license, the first-stage use permit, to allow about 30,000 spectators to enter the stadium to watch the game against Cuomo.

However, all parties are pessimistic about this and are expected to receive relevant notices this Thursday or Friday, but the possibility of the Gambel Cup being held at the refurbished Camp Nou Stadium has been almost ruled out.

As an alternative, the 6,000-seat Cruyff Stadium is the alternative venue, which is home to Barcelona Women's Football Team and Barcelona B Team. As the situation develops, the hopes of club president Laporta's plan to host the Gambel Cup at the Camp Nou are becoming increasingly slim.
