Former Paris Saint-Germain player Pastorre was interviewed by Le AS and talked about topics such as Paris will participate in the Champions League final, the team's changes now, and Mbappe.

How do you view this final against Inter Milan?

Pastore: This game will be very difficult to play. Both teams are in very good shape. Paris Saint-Germain has experienced an excellent season. The team has become younger, teamwork and balanced offense and defense; while Inter Milan has maintained a high level in recent years and has always performed well in the Champions League. It will be a fierce and exciting game.

How is the difference between the current Paris Saint-Germain and the past?

Pastore: The team has undergone fundamental changes. We lost world-class players such as Messi, Mbappe, Neymar and Verrati to exchange for a younger and more talented roster. Paris Saint-Germain has one of the best young players in the world, with excellent technical skills, tactical qualities and physical fitness. The team became more united and the defense worked harder.

Has Louis Enrique received too much criticism?

Pastore: In football, especially now, criticism is always too much. But Louis Enrique created a good team atmosphere through his silent work and eventually won praise. If Paris Saint-Germain performs well, it is largely due to his coaching philosophy. We should pay tribute to him.

Mbappe was criticized after leaving the team?

Pastore: I don't think people are looking for scapegoats. Mbappe is one of the best players in the world. No club wants to lose him. He still scored over 30 goals in his new position, which is amazing. Although his departure was not good for Paris Saint-Germain, the team still performed well. We should be sure of the efforts of the players this year.

Should Mbappe stay?

Pastore: This is a personal choice. He felt it was time to change the environment. As a PSG fan, I certainly hope he can stay. But he made the decision and we can only respect it.
