According to the Milan Sports newspaper, Sassuolo plans to renew his contract with 30-year-old Berardi, allowing him to stay in the team for life.

Sassuolo core Berardi is undoubtedly one of the few "flags" in modern football that still sticks to the club. The Italian international, born in 1994, has had transfer rumors with many giants in the past, but he has never left Sassuolo.
