Serie A team Lazio officially announced that 66-year-old coach Sarri has returned to serve as the team's head coach. According to Romano, Sarri signed a contract with Lazio for two years, plus a one-year renewal option, which is linked to the UEFA Champions League qualification.

Lazio Football Club is pleased to announce that Maurizio Sarri has returned to the first-team head coaching position.

After the coaching experience started in 2021, the Tuscan coach has put on his blue and white shirt again. His emotions with the club and the fans have never been interrupted. Under his leadership, the team has demonstrated clear tactical philosophy, excellent game style and a strong sense of belonging. The club confidently handed over the command of the team to Sarri once again, believing that his coaching style, the principles of the whole life and dedication to his work will lay a solid foundation for creating an ambitious future that matches Lazio's history.

Sarri, 66 years old, Italian coach, has coached Naples, Chelsea, Juventus and other teams. From July 2021 to March 2024, Sarri coached Lazio, and has been unemployed since leaving office. During his coaching career, Sarri has won one Serie A title and one Europa League title so far.
