The Daily Sports Daily published an article reporting on Barcelona's preseason situation.

Barcelona Club confirmed through an official statement that the pre-season warm-up match originally scheduled to be with Kobe Victory Ship was officially cancelled. According to the latest news obtained by Daily Sports News from South Korea's organizer Allive, two South Korean games against Seoul FC on July 31 and Daegu FC on August 4 will be held as scheduled.

The organization of this Asian tour has been full of twists and turns. The event's general organizer D-Drive has previously issued a statement supporting Barcelona's position on the cancellation of the Japanese station because the local organizer failed to fulfill its economic commitments. It is reported that D-Drive's management includes former Spanish Football Association technical director Albert Luke, who is the middleman who signed a contract with the company.

After the cancellation of the Japanese station, D-Drive immediately contacted the Korean subcontractor Allive to confirm the event schedule. As the company that is actually responsible for the implementation of flights, hotels and activities at the South Korean station, Allive clearly stated that the preparations for the two friendly matches have not been affected. South Korea is currently ready for reception, and Barcelona will fly to Asia as planned after completing training at Ganbet Sports City.

It is worth noting that Barcelona's senior management is extremely dissatisfied with the cancellation of the Japanese station and does not rule out the clarification of the responsibility through legal means. The club emphasized that as the earliest opponent to officially announce the warm-up match, the responsibility for this incident lies entirely with the Japanese organizers. Although the Asian tour started poorly, Barcelona will still start their trip to South Korea with a full lineup.
