According to Pakistani media extra, the Rio de Janeiro procuratorate has rejected allegations of violence against Paye.

EXTRA learned from the documents obtained that the prosecution believes there is insufficient evidence to prove that Paye had physical, psychological or sexual violence against female lawyer Lalisa Ferrari. Lalisa's defense team is currently appealing the decision.

The prosecutor reviewed all chat records between the two, saying that both parties showed some emotional resonance during the exchange and that the relationship gradually developed into sexual content, and both parties agreed. These conversations are beyond the norm, as both Lalisa and Paye express a shared interest in sadomasochism, including physical attacks. Throughout the chat history, there was no indication that one party was dissatisfied, embarrassed, or injured by the other party’s actions.

Lalisa stated in her statement that Paye knew she had borderline personality disorder, so she used this to accept such humiliation without resisting.

According to some documents, Lalisa has some feelings for Paye. Although Lalisa hopes to continue the relationship despite knowing that Paye is married and will return to France after the contract expires. However, when Payer refused to maintain the relationship, it "caused the initiation of a case prosecution and a police investigation."

Regarding psychological allegations, the document states that in addition to the so-called victim statements, witnesses, medical reports, psychological assessment reports or other evidence are required, but none of these have been confirmed by the Rio de Janeiro Procuratorate. Lalisa also spontaneously sent private videos and photos to Payer.

As for the allegations of physical assault, although Lalisa provided photos of bruises (pictured below), the document mentions her claims in the statement that slapping, biting and other behaviors are not uncommon in such sexual relations. According to the prosecution, “it is difficult to measure the boundaries of behavior that victims consider reasonable.”

Lalisa filed an appeal and filed a complaint with the National Judicial Commission through her lawyer. She said the Rio de Janeiro prosecutor ignored her statement and only considered the defendant's statement. Lalisa said in an interview with extra: "They used my mental disorder to humiliate me, as if I had been so sick before. It is unreasonable to not take it seriously to continue the investigation. I have witnesses in Rio de Janeiro and Parana."
