Tatum: Players must rely on each other. No one can succeed by himself.
Recently, Celtics player Tatum talked about advice to young people on the "The Brotherhood Podcast" program.
Tatum said: "I think interdependence is very important. Freshman players who have just entered college may encounter teammates who are more experienced than themselves. There are 15 or 16 brothers in your team. I was lucky enough to win two Olympic gold medals and a championship. You will definitely become uncomfortable. You have to rely on each other. No one can succeed by himself."
