The NBA officially announced today that Antetokounmpo and Bunyama were elected Players of the Week in the first week of the new season in the East and West respectively.

The Spurs officially posted a poster of Bunyama's Player of the Week, with the text reading:

Congratulations to Bunyama for being selected as the NBA Western Conference Player of the Week!
